Solveig arrives straight into S: healing and resistance shred on one Stone unit is a combination the element has never had, and it makes teams that never wanted Stone take it anyway. Nyxara moves up after a Spire rotation that rewards sustained single-target damage over burst windows. Bastion drops a tier — nothing about him changed, but the shield slot now has an occupant who also contributes.

Placement is about how much a character raises a team’s ceiling, not raw personal damage. A support who makes three other characters better beats a damage dealer who works alone.
